Shri Ram Naik, the then Hon'ble Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas inaugurated Petroleum Planning & Analysis Cell at SCOPE Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
The expenditure of PPAC is borne by Oil Industry Development Board (OIDB).
